Israel Redeemed
Did Yashua (Jesus) come to save the World or to redeem Israel?
If you have been taught that Israel is a little country located in the Middle East then it would not make sense that the Creator of the Universe came to that little piece of land. In fact the country of Israel is only a small portion of the land that was actually given to the twelve tribes of Israel for a possession forever. So why would the Creator of the Universe send His only begotten son to die for such a small thing? Israel is the family name given to Jacob when he wrestled with the Creator of the Universe and prevailed; and that his sons were called The House of Israel, a name synonymous with the adopted family of the revelation.
Perhaps the better question is Who is Israel not Where is Israel. I have found that this simple question changed the entire message of ancient scripture. I wonder why we never noticed or even wondered who the House of Israel and the House of Judah are? Is there a difference in these two houses, and should it matter to me? After all aren’t we just the “Gentiles”, that Paul talks so much about? I don’t know about you, but it sure seems that a lot of things don’t make sense in the Bible. I wonder if we should take a deeper look at who these questions. I wonder if maybe there is more to the story than what I have been told.
I will be taking you through a journey to help you discover what ancient scriptures say. I would like to dig deep into the tough questions and see if the answers will present themselves in such a way that scripture open up and tell the real story. After all, it’s His Story isn’t it! Let’s start by first discovering who Yisrael is and see if it makes any difference. Would love your comments and/or questions; I believe there are many more like myself who see things differently than we have been told and have maybe found some truths that are worth sharing.
